Returns policy

1. 14-day right of return

Goods bought online or at a distance can be returned within 14 calendar days of receiving them, without giving a reason.

2. When a return is not possible

The right of return does not apply to doors made to your order or measurements - non-standard sizes, a chosen colour, finish or configuration - or to doors that have already been installed.

3. Condition of the goods

Returned goods must be unused, not installed, undamaged, complete and in their original packaging.

4. How to return

Email us at info@tnbaltic.lt with your order number. You can bring the goods to our warehouse at Džūkų g. 17, Šveicarijos k., LT-55301 Jonavos r. or arrange for us to collect them.

The buyer pays the cost of returning the goods, unless they are defective or the wrong item was delivered.

5. Refunds

We refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method you paid with.

6. Defective goods and exchanges

If an item has a manufacturing defect, we repair, replace or refund it free of charge under the warranty terms - in that case we cover the return costs.

Items in stock can be exchanged for another model or size within the same 14 days; any price difference is settled.
