Door frame
The door frame is made of a bent profile of cold-rolled steel 100 mm wide. The metal sheet thickness in the frame is 1.2 mm, which guarantees the longevity and reliability of the structure. The openings for the lock bolts are reinforced with an additional metal sheet, which raises the security level.
Door leaf
The door leaf has a reinforced structure with 7 stiffening ribs and additional metal pockets for the lock. The leaf thickness is 95 mm, and the metal sheet thickness in the leaf is 1.2 mm. This provides the door's strength and stability and increases its resistance to external impact. The frame and leaf are powder-coated, which gives the door a long service life and protects it from rust.
Anti-removal bolts
The door has three anti-burglary bolts 14 mm in diameter; they are also called anti-removal bolts. They protect the home from intruders. If the door hinges are cut off with an angle grinder, these bolts keep the door locked in the frame.
Door insulation
The frame and door leaf are insulated with mineral wool, foil insulation and extruded polystyrene, which help keep the room warm and prevent cold air from entering. The door is also fitted with two euro-seal contours that provide effective thermal and sound insulation in the apartment.
Locks
The door is fitted with Turkish-made "KALE KILIT" locks. The top lock Kale 257 has a massive bolt 16 mm in diameter with a 34 mm throw. The bottom lock Kale 252 has three bolts of the same diameter that extend 34 mm, creating additional locking points and raising the overall security level. Both locks come with Turkish cylinder mechanisms sized 50×50T and a "Tandem" system that lets one key unlock both locks. This is convenient in daily use and adds comfort without sacrificing security.
Night latch
The Securemme night latch made by the Italian manufacturer is an additional lock that can only be locked from inside the room - there is no access to it from the outside.
Hardware
The door hardware is square-shaped, giving the door elegance and style. The door comes with a Smart Kvadro-type handle on a rose with a galvanic coating that protects the product from ultraviolet radiation and weather.
Pressure regulator
The door has a Securemme (Italy) pressure regulator that adjusts how tightly the leaf presses against the frame and ensures a smooth closing. Thanks to the maximum pressure of the leaf against the frame and the sealing contours, your home is protected from noise and unpleasant smells from the stairwell.
Thermal break
The door frame is made using thermal-break technology, which protects the leaf and frame from freezing.

The door is fitted with a two-chamber energy-efficient tinted glass unit, daylight opening 1233×88 mm.
